Training with Triple H

A couple years ago, I posted Triple H's workout routine, and its still one of the top 5 visited pages on this site. Today we're showing Triple H doing some exercises for Muscle and Fitness. The guy is a straight up freak. The funny thing is, many people believe that he's taking something, but I remember him when he wasn't this big, but he was still around 220 lbs. With his former frame, it was pretty easy for him to pack on muscle. All he needed to do was to decide when to take the leap into full body builder mode.
