Magic Johnson and Leadership

We're hearing a lot about Lebron's leadership skills, and I've talked about his ability along with that of time greats to lead a team to victory. To sum up my point, Lebron simply doesn't have the extra leadership gear that says, "If my teammate isn't serious at the get-go, I'm going to make his life a living hell." Well, turns out as Henry Abbott points out not all great basketball players are made the same, and Magic Johnson certainly didn't instill fear into his teammates, but instead brought his team together by being everyone's friend..... like Lebron.
