Linebacker Drills from Lawrence Timmons

To me the Steelers present one of the biggest condumdrums in sports. They have a great fanbase, likeable players, they win, but in the past tne or fifteen years have played one of the most boring brands to football in recent memories. On offense smash mouth football is hard to watch, but defensively it provides big hits. Lawerence Timmons is the next generation of Steeler linebackers to lay the smackdown on the field. Here are a couple drills that he uses to get ready for Sunday.
