More on Kobe Bryant's Performance

With the Celtics and Bulls going to war in this first round, its pretty hard to overlook and forget about other events in the playoffs. This is why I'm revisiting one of our latest posts on Kobe Bryant's miraculous shooting performance against the Jazz in Salt Lake. Another one of my favorite blogs goes even further indepth and examines more of the psychology and the role of sports psychologists:

While trying to make a player more efficacious in situations, psych pros may employ various techniques, namely mastery experiences, performance accomplishments, verbal persuasion, emotional feedback, and, for the purpose of this post, vicarious experiences.
This is by far one of my favorite sites, and if you're interested in the mindset of an athlete you should really explore other pages like "The Value of Mental Toughness."
