One thing that I love about college sports is that unlike professional sports, coach's can stay at their positions for at least 3 years giving lessons to young kids and showing the public their particular style whether that be mastering the I formation or the Princeton Offense we can associate a type of play with a particular coach, and we can learn from it. Luckily for us, tv shows like the Charlie Rose shows get hour long interviews that share the coaching experience with the viewing public:
