It's always been said that if football players were the height of basketball players then they would dominate on the court simply because percentage wise they can jump higher then any basketball player. If you don't believe me then check out this video of Adrian Wilson of the Cardinals jumping five feet and five inches. One reason football players can jump so high is because of the amount of weight they squat and the many repetitions of squats they do during a given workout. A major consequence of doing so many squats is that it stunts your growth and even makes you shrink. After watching Troy Polomalu's workout it seems as though he doesn't care. Using the most unorthodox gym equipment I've ever seen, Polomalu is able to focus directly on plyometric strength:

That was cool. That looks like a crazy gym. I might have to try some of these strange movements. I also like what he said about strengthening the feet. Thanks for making this post. We just started a site about crazy workouts too. Hopefully we'll be able to put some cool videos like this one.
