Ronnie Brown's Top Rusher Workout (sort of)


Can you imagine what the past year for Ronnie Brown must have been like. First your leading the league in rushing and then getting a torn ACL, and then on top of that to only be removed as your team's starting running back in favor of Ricky Williams. Ouch. But he's young and can hopefully get back into pre-injury form. So technically speaking here is Ronnie Brown giving you some exercises that he does to become the league's top rusher (sort of):
