Swimming is coming to an end and the Olympics is next week going to start determining who is the fastest on land. One name that you will hear a lot is Sanya Richards who in recent years has absolutely killed the competition on the Olympic Circuit. She came up empty last Olympic go around, but I don't think that will happen again this time. Here she is telling you the steps and drills that will get you moving on the track:
