Improving your start speed with Mo Greene and Ato Boldon

The Olympics are over and because we're a going to forget about everything within the next two weeks, its a good time to post a couple items that got lost in the Olympic mix but are still pretty informative. Personally, the most out of this world event for me was seeing Usain Bolt, who could have ran faster not only after his livid celebration from the 60m on, but also at the start. Amazingly enough Bolt has a slow start, and it could be sped up by a couple milliseconds just by keeping his head down and overall torso lower during the first couple of meters.
