Gold Medalist Laura Wilkinson Diving Workout

Which Olympic sport would you never do? You might never want to try the pole vault or maybe the trampoline. Now, imagine a sport where your 10 meters in the air jumping into a pool of water where if you make a mistake you'll experience the belly flop of your life. And, you must jump while performing various tricks. For, Sydney gold medalist and current Olympic athlete Laura Wilkinson, this is her sport.
