Batista's Animal Workout


Sure its hard to go from the Olympics, where events are about sportsmanship and the thrill of competition, to a sport that's not really a sport. However, if you saw Tough Enough, you know that becoming a professional wrestler is extremely difficult and gives the body a beating. Here is what Batista says he does in the gym to get ring ready:
