Pittsburgh Pirates Intense Resistance Workout

Have you ever went out to Target and bought an exercise ball, and on the box, manual, and just about everywhere on the Internet seen that you can do one hundred exercises with the thing. But when you started working out, you literally did three movements at most. Well, the Pittsburgh Pirates trainer and company got a hold of a pair of resistance bands that they arranged on a pull up bar to look like an adult swing set. Oddly enough they are able to get a good number of exercises out of the thing:
