As you can tell by the content of this site, my favorite sport is basketball, and with the NBA Finals starting tomorrow (Lakers in 6) I had to post something filled with tradition and relevant to the current series. So I dug up, what I consider a part of the best collection of basketball training vids that I have ever found, all explained by the late Red Auerbach. If you haven't these videos then your missing out from advice from one of the greats. Here is the first video focusing on defense:
