Now that the NBA Finals is winding down, we can all give our full attention to baseball and the boys of Summer. On our online vote for "most athletic players in a particular sport," it seems as though baseball is getting the short end of the stick with a messily two votes. There are two main causes for this with the first being
that its NBA Finals time so more basketball fans are going to visit the site, and the second being that most of the readership just doesn't know what baseball players do. So I've been looking around, and I found a monster workout routine from Muscle and Fitness Magazine, with Albert Pujols. For everyone saying "well first basemen are the most unfit guys in the league" you've now been proven wrong. Check this out:
