A couple of weeks ago, we saw how Ladainian Tomlinson uses an incredibly steep hill to focus his mind and body on the next game, and in the process gets incredibly fit by conquering his backyard mountain. Here, in his interview with CBS we see a more conventional gym routine, but also filled with exercises that only a MVP RB could do:
