Much like the Internet, Shaq is getting old. Like many of the pages of the web, many of his skills have been lost in view of today's new game of speed and high flying moves to the basket. But every now and then we're reminded that this big oaff in the middle is a four time champ, MVP, all-star many times over, who for years dominated the game. Lost in the web, is a 1999 article that explains Shaq's workout grueling and intense workout that literally built a champion:
Chest
Dumbbell bench press: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Dumbbell incline press: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Dumbbell flyes: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Lats
Cable pull-downs: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Dumbbell or machine rows: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Pull-ups: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Biceps
Barbell curls: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Dumbbell curls: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Triceps
Tricpes cable push-downs: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Lying triceps extensions: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Machine dips: 3 sets, 6-12 reps
