Reggie Bush's Extreme Workout

Now that we all see that Deuce McAllister is no longer the durable back, its become apparent that Reggie Bush either needs to gain 30 lbs or become the strongest HB/Slot back in the history of football. Lucky for him, he's got a plan that doesn't include staring at his hot fiance all day. He has a monster workout called Free Flo Do that uses basically a treadmill platform where Bush throws medicine balls, jumps and crawls under limbo sticks, flips, and even boxes. Check it out.
