Valerie "Siren" Waugaman 30 Minute Park Workout

Now they are down to four on American Gladiators and one of the stars of tonight's show was Siren (a.k.a. Valerie Waugaman) who unfortunately lost in Joust tonight. At her size of 5'9 and 145lbs she's a far cry from past overly built bleach blond gladiators of the 80's. Many people don't know her backstory so to give a little synopsis she was a professional body builder and figure model who competed in many competitions including the 2007 Arnold Classic Figure International where she placed in the top 5. She also produced fitness videos including this unique 30 minute workout where she goes through a number of exercises in a park.
