Being an American I can tell you that I have very little understanding of the game of cricket. Although I have many family members living in England who on every visit attempt to teach me, I still can't get past the difference between the the wicket and home plate. From what my family tells me Pakistan's National Team is the best in the world, and they forwarded a couple video clips to me proving that cricketers go real hard in the gym. So here is a 40minute documentary of Pakistan's training & strength conditioning camp, that contains a lot of weight training exercises to help you with your cricket game (workout summary at the bottom):
