Manny Ramirez's Gym Workout Routine


Spring Training is underway and the world champion, Red Sox, are trying to repeat. They may not have been able to add Johan Santana, but they still have a great line up and arguably the best hitters in the game. Manny Ramirez has dominated the American league and the post season over the past 4 years, and although he may be considered the locker room goofball, trust me when I say that after seeing his workout routine, you'll see that he is a true athlete. Can you dumb bell bench press 110 pounds in each hand.
