Glen Dorsey's Training Drills for the NFL Combine

To be a national champion and to be considered the best at your position, should insure you a top spot in the NFL Draft. Although logical, this is not the norm as many athletes from lesser college walk right on into the NFL combine, perform well, and then get taken on a gamble by some team with a high draft pick. So what does this mean to Glen Dorsey? It says that the next month will be nothing but physical hell as he trains to get his body ready for the NFL Combine:

  • Side to Side Sprints
  • Parachute sprints
  • Ladder runs
  • Weighted sprints
  • Bench Press
  • Machine aided ab crunches
