Dwight Howard's Muscle Building Workout

NBA All Star Game


A couple months ago Dwight Howard gave us tips on rebounding and showed us his workout routine. Now that he is the new Superman of the NBA (I still swear it wasn't a dunk) I get more requests than ever on how Dwight trains. Luckily, we've got more footage from his workout routine where he concentrates on building muscle:

  • Weighted Pushups
  • Cable Pulls
  • Lounges
