Circuit Training with Julius Peppers

It is well known in the NFL, that the player drafted as the number one pick, doesn't always live up to expectations. In 2002, David Carr was selected number one and Julius Peppers was chosen by Carolina at number two. Take a wild guess as to whom is going to be a future Hall of Famer. For a quick review, Peppers earned Defensive Rookie of the Year, and in the season afterwards he anchored a defense that carried Carolina to the Superbowl. In his proday workouts he put the following numbers a 4.68 40 yard dash at 290 pounds and completed 22 bench press reps. So how does he get prepared for Sundays:
